Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Daily Ember mobile application and website, provided by Emmazing Games (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Daily Ember, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Daily Ember
Daily Ember supports Scripture, prayer, private reflection, and gentle encouragement between accepted friends. It is not a public social feed, medical service, counseling service, or substitute for professional or pastoral care.
Accounts and acceptable use
Core devotional features may be used as a guest. Cloud features require an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your device and sign-in methods secure. You may not misuse Daily Ember, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, harass others, or use invitations, encouragements, reports, or other features for spam, fraud, or unlawful purposes.
Subscriptions
Daily Ember may offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple's App Store. Available plans, prices, billing periods, and included features are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings. Billing, refunds, and renewal are also subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
Your content
You retain ownership of journal entries and other content you create. You give us only the limited permission needed to store, process, sync, export, and display that content to you and to operate features you deliberately use. Private notebook content is not made public through Daily Ember.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep Daily Ember reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable or change. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We may also restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations of these terms, subject to applicable law.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Daily Ember is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every feature will meet every need. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emmazing Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy, deletion, and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. You may delete your account inside Daily Ember. Questions about these terms may be sent to support@dailyemberapp.com.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as Daily Ember evolves. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
