Common questions

How do I sign in?

Use Sign in with Apple or request an email magic link. You can also continue as a guest and create an account later.

Is my journal shared?

No. Journal text and individual devotional activity are never exposed to friends.

How does streak sharing work?

It is off by default. When enabled, accepted friends can see only your streak count and lamp stage.

How do I stop notifications?

Turn off Encouragement notifications in the Friends tab or disable Daily Ember notifications in iOS Settings.

How do I delete my account?

Open Account Settings in Daily Ember, choose Delete Account, and confirm. Apple accounts may require a fresh Apple authorization before deletion completes.

A sign-in link did not work—what now?

Request a fresh link, open it on the same device where Daily Ember is installed, and make sure you use the newest email.
